I bought a Ear 1 in oct 2022, but after 5-6 months I’m facing a lot of problems like the sound is very low, very poor connectivity issue and keeps getting disconnected from the device. Then I got a replacement with another faulty Ear 1 and within just a few months the upper part of the earbuds ( the transparent frame) came off! Maybe the glue was dried out. And now the customer care tells me as the ear 1 has discontinued I have to go to a service centre and exchange them with ear 2 by paying an extra amount of 4000/- rupees. The nearest service centre is 3 day journey on train and another 3 days for coming back. It’s really frustrating, I bought nothing phone 1, Nothing ear 1, nothing phone case, nothing charger everything at a time with single payment. I used to love Nothing and I always recommend everyone around me to buy nothing ear 1 and phone and 2 other people bought Ear 1 because I recommended them
But now I’m frustrated and I hate Nothing! I regret for buying nothing product very early, not just one product, I even bought the Nothing tempered glass!
