Replacing the motherboard: Nothing Phone (1)

I went into the water with the phone and after that the motherboard was damaged. The service cleaned the phone and it turns on without problems. But unfortunately the motherboard was damaged (visually), the front camera does not work and it is not yet known what.

Where can I find a working board or who might have a phone number for spare parts?
