As some of you may have seen across socials on Instagram - CMF by Nothing are running a daily “build” series across nine (9) days. Today as I write this post, we are only on Day Three (3).

Day One (1) - We saw Akis, one of Nothing’s Co-Founders, start the process. By telling us about the CMF Phone 1’s screen! Video is viewable here!

Day Two (2) - Zack, aka JerryRigEverything was a special guest, this time to show us the main motherboard of this upcoming phone and some of the sensors on the board. Once again, the video is still viewable on Instagram via this link!

Day Three (3) - This time, we have another special guest, in the guise of TechnicalGuruji! Video can be found here! We got some nice info in this video clip, the SoC being used, the selfie camera specs, plus that all important factor…a clue to the PRICE!

Day Six (6) - Tech Burner shows us the under screen fingerprint sensor, the speaker and the rest of the lower frame of the phone! Video here!

Day Seven (7) - SuperSaf is here! He brings us that all important camera news! The CMF Phone 1 is rocking a Sony 50MP Camera, with a separate portrait sensor. The video can be watched here.

Day Eight (8) - Here we go, the final design has been revealed, in this video here! Interchangeable backs?! Accessories?! Plus a sneaky peek at Watch Pro 2 and Buds Pro 2?!? - Thanks to Rashmika Mandanna for this one!

Day Nine (9) - Akis is back again, showcasing in this video here… putting the CMF Phone 1 into its box, ready to hit the shelves soon!

(Confirmed) CMF Phone 1 Specs:

  • Screen - Super AMOLED Display, 120Hz Adaptive Refresh Rate, HDR10+ (over 1 Billion Colours!) and upto 2000+ Nits of Peak Brightness!
  • Motherboard Components - Geo-Magnet sensor (a tiny compass and power-saving compared to GPS), Gyroscope and Accelerator (to sense tilt/direction).
    Processor - MediaTek Dimensity 7300 5G! With AnTuTu scores of 673,000!
    RAM - Up to 16GB!
  • Storage - ??GB + Expandable, with a MicroSD Card, up to 2TB!
  • Cameras - Sony 50MP Main Camera, with an accompanying Portrait Sensor on the back! 16MP Front Selfie Camera!
  • Battery - 5000mAh Cell! Quoted for two-day battery life and to have 22-hours of non-stop YouTube playback!
  • Others - Haptic Motors, RF for Mobile Data (5G), WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS etc. Under display fingerprint sensor. Bottom-firing speaker, with a chamber similar to a violin design!
  • Accessories - Changeable backs, with lots of colours, an answer for the screwdriver! Other accessories, such as kick stands, lanyards and is that a wallet holder or something?!
  • Price - Under ₹20,000! “Around £200” - SuperSaf.

                    Akis is back today to put the final built up phone into its box and packaging!

                    What looks like a standard box now, for Nothing Phone Products, the CMF Phone 1 Box is sleek and stylish. Coming with a SIM removal tool, a USB-C to C cable, paperwork and of course, the Phone itself! 👀

                    I have really enjoyed the past few days, following along with this build series and learning almost all about this first phone from CMF by Nothing.
