I noticed some bugs in my nothing 2a, when apply a ringtone the glyph lights are partially on and some of not lights are not working it’s happening only previous update

    RohithTony does this happen only for the variable glyph or for all of them? If you could share a video it might help debug this

    muhkuhaushonolulu if you are referring to using a mp3 file as a source for a glyphified ringtone you can already do this, the app supports most of common audio formats

          muhkuhaushonolulu I think i got it now, you want to use the sound packs in the composer app, that’s quite hard to achieve since there’s no way to access those sound packs from outside and also it would require a midi file to do this correctly meanwhile with a mp3 it would be less accurate

            Another update and a lot of new things (see below)

            Important changes:

            • 🕒Ringtones are now ordered chronologically instead of by name
            • ⚡Added more glyph animations (Phone(2))
            • Decreased probability of getting the “support me” dialog after glyphifying a song

            How to use Phone(2a)'s glyph battery indicator (BETA):

            • First head into developer options and activate Glyph Interface debug mode
            • Then, set Glyphify to Unrestricted battery usage, this is will prevent Android from killing the foreground service
            • Finally, open the app and be sure not to close it (everytime you want to use this you need the app opened)

            Now when you plug the power and the phone is laying horizontal you will see the battery indicator, here’s a simulation on Phone(2) of what it should look like:

              Fr4nKB the battery indicator fix worked, it’s working on 2a. super nice! I was a bit confused since the led didn’t stay on but then I remembered I have to shake it a bit for it to show

                  puhbu that’s correct. Let’s hope that this feature is implemented in the OS, I don’t understand why they didn’t do it in the first place

                      Mr Steel it’s safe to use glyphy in nothing phones 2a tell me bro.

                          @Fr4nKB Do you think that when you have the app well developed, Nothing will be able to implement it on its system by default?

                          They can 100% do it by themselves, they don’t need my code. It took me one day to implement some feature.. they can probably do it in way less time.
                          I guess they are too busy with the AI stuff for NOS 3.0. My app is also an incentive to make them integrate these features.
