on the right earphone the plastic cover is misaligned, compared to the left one.

no issues so far, but I don’t know how water resistant it is or what issues will it cause in the future

    notnothing Absolutely. Send it back. If they’re defective now it’s gonna be an issue replacing anything when it gets bad because you’ll definitely get the blame.
