Only 1 SIM slot is working

Only Sim 1 slot is working perfectly with any sim card .

Sim 2 is not showing on my phone and .

If I place any sim in slot 2 then this phone is not able to detect any sim card.

My phone is fully updated to it’s latest version.

I have bought this phone on 8 October in previous year, but I don’t have use of 2 sim , so I inserted only 1 sim in sim slot 1 .

But now both sims are required, but then I came to know that sim 2 slot is not showing anything.

Please help .

Just yesterday I found myself unable to call or text. I have the prompt to insert a sim, but it’s already in. The phone was working fine til yesterday. Removing the sim and replacing it didn’t work nor has rebooting the phone.

Yesterday i faced same problem. But then i switched off my phone, removed sims and then reinsert sim cards. Turn on my phone and now both sims are working

Note: power off your phone and then remove and reinsert sim cards, now turn on your phone
