Yeah, Flipkart is really awful. I had the same experience but fortunately got a second chance to participate in the sale on 27th to place the order again with all the benefits. (they had messed up my order on 12th) The second time the phone was delivered.
If you raise an issue for the pre-order pass, they will refund the amount. I had to pay in full on the sale on 27th since the pass amount was not deducted at checkout. They refunded the money on a later date.
As for you now getting any pre-order benefits, the chances seem pretty slim unless the Nothing team decides to intervene somehow. I was very frustrated with Flipakrts attitude and overall customer service during my issue, so don’t expect that they will get it resolved for you. Contacting someone from the Nothing team is the only hope.
