Hi All,
I recently bought the ear(1) in the month of April, Everything was good till mid of July
The right ear bud was disconnecting withing a minute and I could hear the music only from the left one

I visited the second service center (Lotus Technologies) and they refused to look at my ear(1). They said that they don’t have any expert/technician. I request the nothing team to remove this entry from the website as they are not helping the customers
Then I had to visit the second one(F1 Hyderabad) where I had to wait for an hour and was able submit the product for replacement on 23rd of July
Attached the receipt

I was promised that the product will be replaced in two days. It is almost 10days now and I still haven’t heard from them
Whenever I call them they will not answer most of the times and disconnect the call when I asked them about the delay in delivering the replacement.
I was not expecting this kind of service from nothing
Can someone check on this and do the needful @Rudi @Carl
