CMF is listening to our suggestions
I think, at least in this case, they didn’t listen, but it so happened that you suggested what they were already going to do lol.
Waiting for a Half-in-ear style CMF Buds.

In my experience they don’t seem to listen or show any interest in customer issues or concerns. I had a problem with the watch pro tracking my activity in another country. I flagged it to CMF and got no response. The only way I could get anywhere was to go through Nothing support who I have always found really helpful.
