Hi Nothing, thanks for creating a really strong first product. I’m loving it so far and have some early feedback from using it for a couple of days.
Bluetooth pairing open or closed
Problem: Did not realise I had to keep the case open with the earbuds in the case in order to sync Bluetooth and it added friction in the onboarding before I figured it out.
Solution: Would have felt more intuitive if you could pair with the case open or closed, and with the earbuds in the case or not.
Toggle 2 modes instead of 3
Problem: Currently you toggle between three modes even though I would never use the “off mode”. This just becomes an extra, unnecessary step that I need to toggle through to get to the mode I want to use.
Solution: Remove the “off” mode and toggle only between ANC and Transparency mode.
Make transparency mode truly transparent
Problem: Transparency mode feels like it’s blocking out too much sound and that I’m isolated from my surroundings.
Solution: If you can get closer to a more open transparency mode for the next iteration, that would be a strong improvement to the overall experience.
App gesture controls
Problem: No instructions for “Double tap” action
Solution: Add “Pause/Play” info in the mobile app for “Double tap” controls
