I Have Bought My Nothing Phone (2) a week ago and today I wanted to copy my pictures to my phone with usb from my laptop. It’s not connecting or showing up in the file explorer but it is charging.
I am using the original cable provided by nothing in the box, and yes i tried it with other phones and data transfer is working.
I Have tried the developer options settings, i have even put the phone in bootloader mode and even fastboot isnt getting recognised.
Any fixes?

JathinKodali Whan you plugged it into the laptop, do you get a notification on your phone (not a charging sound, an actual notification) saying charging? If so, open it and select “file transfer”.
Make sure your phone is unlocked before plugging un.
JathinKodali I had the same issue, it seems that the official Nothing 2 cable is not a data transfer cable, but a charging-only cable. try a different cable, then you will be able to scroll the screen down and see an option to select data transfer.
