Is the App going to get any significant update? Because it’s really bad right now, I’ll think about buying the Watch once they fix app experience.
Community Reviews - CMF Watch Pro 2
Louis not available for pre-order in India!!!
ReddyRagula - maybe check Flipkart for pre-orders?
Ealesy101 there is no product page in Flipkart as of now.
is the a golf app with GPS and pre-loaded courses available?
ReddyRagula I thin k the sale begins on the 12th, keep an eye on it.
No there isn’t. Like other sports on the watch it just opens a page that tracks your heart rate and kcal. You also have access to the media controls.
Derren As mentioned in my review, on android you can sync with health connect (so any third party apps that support that will be able to share your data) and there is also an option for Strava

The Complete Value for Money Smart Watch!
I was one of the lucky insiders who had the privilege of testing WatchPro2 from cmf by Nothing.
Disclaimer: Reviews are purely based on my experience and interactions with the Development Units and Beta software. Every product is different and it is difficult to satisfy everyone but I will try making it a review with psychology and emotions as it might help people relate to it at different levels and might give another perspective to decide between either buying or not buying the product.
Kudos and massive congratulations to the development team for all their hard work and patience during the insider time, happy for you guys.
1st Level: Visceral-Attraction to the appearance
Watch Pro 2 is visually super appealing. It is more inclined towards a conventional minimal watch design which makes it very appealing and helps blend in with your everyday things. The crown with accented dot and knurling gives it a natural motion making the functionality more intuitive. It reminds me of minimal Bauhaus design and if you are someone who likes such minimal design, you’d love this. And with so many watch faces available personalisation is very unique. My favorite is the Sun Circle.
2nd Level: Behavioral- Functionality, Usability and Performance
One thing that all the insiders are super impressed is with the battery life (Full brightness+autoworkout detection+Continous Use, battery life was over a week), on the battery saver mode which I would turn on around when 15% battery is left, I can survive another week.
The watch’s AMOLED Display is better than my phone(1) under direct sunlight, and can interact with the watch without any reading difficulty.
The Anodised Aluminium body makes the watch super light that I forget wearing it on my wrist. Appreciate this lightness on the wrist when I am going for a run or doing some physical activity.
And there are quite a lot of functionalities that I found useful, like a remote shutter, water reminder, stand-up reminder, and control music. I am not an avid user of health functions on smartwatches and bands, I only wear them to track my run for distance, and time and it checks the box for that.
Sleep monitoring tracks your sleep accurately with some tolerance and have found the same with other products as well hence not an important factor for me.
3rd Level: Reflective- How much the product reflects you
As a product design and development engineer over the years, I have acquired this liking for clean, minimal, and functional design. I have been implementing them in my designs for medical devices and implementing them in my lifestyle and Watch Pro 2 has the same ethos.
The Watch Pro 2 is a thoughtful and functional design by all means. The attention to detail is a class apart from the others. I have already mentioned how intuitive the crown is but let’s talk about the Bezel, unlike any other watch or band that has a convex or flat display with the bezels blending in to complement that, Watch Pro 2 has a flat display with concave bezels. They not only guide your fingers to interact but also prevent the display from any direct impact in case of a fall or any sort of scratches that are very prone in others.
Shortcomings for an Everyday User:
Personally, I am really happy with the product for my use case but for an everyday user some shortcomings might be with strong haptics for breathing meditation, and some hiccups with sleep tracking if you rely a lot on the data from your smartwatch. Lightness of the watch, some might prefer a weight.
Final Comments:
I’d recommend the Watch Pro 2 as an everyday wearable for someone who would like to wear a beautiful and functional piece of tech on their wrist. If you want Garmin-like performance metrics then we are comparing apples to mangos.
Watch Pro 2 is the best Value-for-money product that is a reliable everyday companion.
Please feel free to ask any questions and I am more than happy to answer in my capacity.
Hey guys!
Quick question: does the software allow football/soccer tracking? Got a garmin watch, but I’m thinking of getting this one for other activities I wouldn’t track on a Garmin device.
Love the look of the new lineup!
Cheers!

Oxytocin we weren’t told if new features would reflect to last year’s model throughout the trial
iambhuvan How heavy does it feel on the wrist? Looks to be a bit heavier then the GW5 44mm.
akorejepade surprisingly not super noticeable, I really only felt it when I would sleep on my side with my arm under a pillow, other than that quite comfortably
Derren Certainly there are large number of watch pro 1 users out there and still many issues are not addressed yet..But all have been resolved in watch pro 2, then what about pro 1 users ?
akorejepade haven’t weighed it but as a matter of feeling on the wrist it is not uncomfortable. I have a pixel watch and that is heavy for a comparison.
Hey
I won’t be sharing any screenshots of beta software but rest assured within the permission management you’ll be able to select health connect and Strava. Health connect is now the go to offering from Google and will sync with other apps. For example in my testing, I synced my Watch Pro 2 data with Google Fit.
As mentioned in the reviews above, including my own, the team have been dedicated to helping us troubleshoot any issues we faced during testing. I myself (on the later builds of the test software for Watch Pro 2) found that I wasn’t experiencing any of the prominent issues that people were facing with Watch Pro -such as app disconnects, just to name one. Software has seen a vast improvement and is certainly on the right track.
Unfortunately I don’t have any information on updates or roadmap for the original Watch Pro.
