The thing is that for some reason the light sensor in the smartphone continues to work when the screen is off and it shouldn’t, but for some reason it lowers the brightness and if it’s sunny outside and I take the smartphone out of my pocket, I have to wait a few more seconds until the smartphone adapts the brightness to the environment. I can’t reach the support adequately, because they don’t understand me or I don’t know what I’m talking about, and I don’t want to reset the settings because I have all the information here
