After releasing all these phones, the updates for my nothing phone 2 has been slow. In the past few months, i have only updated my np2 twice. In addition, why doesn’t the front camera have 4k recording even when it has a great 32MP selfie cam?Please do something about the haptics as well.

The problem was on the hardware level and it is already solved. The service centre replaced the motherboard and camera module, warranty case, all costs (including logistics) covered by Nothing.

I’m experiencing a problem with the battery statistics on my phone 2. Even after charging it up to 90%, the screen-on time (SOT) doesn’t seem to update. It only refreshes after charging it to 100%.

FaizanG_ it is because the sot shows screen time since you last FULLY CHARGED YOUR PHONE not even 99% it should be 100% for accurate SOT , for daily sot use google wellbeing but that too updates at 12am midnight

RavishKumar Nothing’s policy is Bi-monthly. This post was made in July. So I wouldn’t expect anything until September, and be pleasantly surprised if it comes sooner.

In nothing OS split screen is missing.

On your home screen, bring up the open app list. Tap on the app icon and the top and select “Split Screen”.

Mobile is restarting sometimes in pocket. Anyone know how can I know the reason behind it? Are there any way to enquire any logs?

Abdul-Muhaymin I was using OnePlus device before NP2, the device used to refresh even at 70%. At least Nothing should refresh the battery SOT at 90%. I never charged my phone 100%. In this way I could never able to know my actual SOT.

I have brought Phone to from a week ago, facing ST2W (single tap to wake) from screen off condition, very minor cases it’s working and remaining time have to press power key device wake.

Having issue with proximity sensor too it’s keep on showing mis touch prevention error so pressure vole up key.

Is any other facing the same issue ?

I shall never buy Nothing product in future. Battery condition is pathetic and since 2.6 my battery health got a serious hammering. Better to go with Apple. Lesson learnt. Guys only buy their cheap products. I miss my OnePlus 7pro launch era. It was a damn good phone but later destroyed by cheap software.

The animation is quite weird whenever you swipe down on the homescreen with two fingers to access the quick settings. In addition, idk why nothing has decided to add a screenshot button just under the recent apps. Is should’ve been the clear button and instead ut is all the way across at the end of the list. Seems a bit weird

When will the next update for the np2 arrive? My phone is still running on the july security update.
