Firmware update for CMF Watch Pro?

So **watch(2) pro** just launched and I was wondering where the software update would be pushed out for watch() pro? Its been a year and watch() pro didn't receive any major updates apart from stability fixes. **Will the Watch() pro receive the latest firmware update that's present in watch(2) pro ?** If the answer is no, then please specify the exact reason for not releasing update for watch() pro.
