I had ordered a phone. Then I went to the kiosk and bought one because I wanted one early.
I was able to return the phone before it shipped. I was promptly greeted by a human. Very cool.
Interaction was light touch - obviously unscripted - which was nice - but not overbearing - also nice.
Eventually I learned the phone I originally purchased was not sent to me (as requested) but the accessories were included.
Thank you - it was a very good ‘lightweight’ experience.
