Since my post (an open letter) and the original letter being sent to the Customer Support team, I haven’t heard anything through official channels.
A member of the team did reach out to me on Discord and assured me my order would ship yesterday (August 15th) but I am yet to see anything to indicate this from either Nothing or DHL.
Needless to say, I will be skeptical about ordering on launch again, but instead may wait a few weeks to see how the logistics plans out, especially since I’ve heard of people ordering later than me and recieving before me (so much for pre-ordering being prioritized)
