How to change data from OP10Pro to Nothing Phone (1) in the best way?

Hi everyone!!! I was a huge fan of the One Plus brand almost since the beginning (I still remember the usability and great quality of OPO and because of that I have been loyal to the brand.

This year I bought the OP10Pro even I know Nothing will finally launch a mobile and now that I received the Phone (1) I want to know if there is any app like “OnePlus Switch” here at Nothing. Since 2013 I have never change of brand so I have been changing from OPO to OP2, and then to OP6T and finally to OP10Pro and never had to install anything because of the great work of the “OnePlus Switch” app.

Anyone with the same “problem” or know any app to do the same like that app.

gelopro0 Welcome and congrats on receiving your phone(1) (isn’t it a beauty?!). There is a transfer via cable option, as well as via your Google account if you have everything synched up to that. Not sure if there’s any other alternative transferring option.

Yes, it is in black and it’s a beauty!!! Thanks for the info Louis ☕️ I know the possibilities of the cable option and also the Google account syncronization, but the “OnePlus Switch” is like a backup of everything not only Google, also personalizations, other apps not installed from Google like Amazon apps… Thanks anyway!!! 😀

I’m in a similar place OP2,3T,6TME … waited. My current 6TME has been a great companion for over 3 years. But it’s battery is poor. And swollen against the usb port so it’s a pain to charge … nothing you can blame it for though it’s pretty old for a phone.

There are a few articles out there that I’ll dig out tomorrow… basically backup to Google via the backup my phone option in settings… and restore the back up onto the phone(1). Authenticator apps have a separate backup process… banking apps will be a pain. However those two are the same with any transfer.

I had no problems switching data from my OP9Pro to My NPH-1. You will get the option of transferring data from your earlier android phone via cable or over wireless network when you set up your Nothing Phone. It is seamless.

I finally installed the apps by the google backup system, and it works properly, although I lost some apps bought in the past in the Amazon Appstore.
