Hi, I am having an irritating complaint regarding the feedback mechanism and customer support on emails.
I mostly fill the feedbacks/suggestions when I face any issue like mostly software which is related to software update. Post that bang I start receiving emails from nothing for product name, IMEI, software version, colour.
After that I receive a mail if my issue is resolved or not. I reply by saying no issue isn’t resolved yet.
Again, nothing customer care asks please share the invoice post that we can better help you out.
I didn’t shared any invoice or information post that. Again follow ups start arriving every day to share the invoice.
My question is why ? Why the invoice and other irrelevant details are you asking don’t you collect information if any feedback or suggestions are coming then which model device or colour it have already? If the feedback or suggestions are related to software which was subject to software updates. They why you need invoice to fix my issue?
Nothing customer care suggest to restart, if then also problem not solved then reset your device once. Man I was giving feedback regarding my nothing phone launcher icon resizing issue. Why will I reset my phone for that?
I know at some point this feedback mechanism is helpful but later it will be painful when customer service keep on asking same information over and over.
Earlier I used to post on twitter and nothing community for any issues or suggestions but I got suggestions over here to share it by using feedback option in settings.
Please if we need to use feedback options to share our every suggestion so that development team will know then please improvise the feedback mechanism and don’t treat every suggestion or feedback similarly. Sometimes we as an user only want to suggest things to developers and development team recognise that issue any fix it with update. We don’t want through communication over here. Please look into it. And we mostly want customer support if the problem is occurring with hardware and very rare and serious issues with software. Not for suggestions and feedbacks regarding anything which can be fixed with updates.
