CMF Watch Pro 2 - Unable to use GPS

Hi CMF by Nothing Team,

I recently purchased the CMF WATCH PRO 2 from Flipkart. Unfortunately, I’m experiencing an issue with the inbuilt GPS—it is not working and will not connect.

I’ve tried troubleshooting by restarting the watch and checking the settings, but nothing seems to resolve the problem. This product was launched recently, so I never expected this to happen. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue.

The watch pro 2 seems to be calculating the gps for a long time even though I am standing in an open space. It is connected to my phone. How to troubleshoot this issue?

Still works, but slowly. It takes about 5 to 6 minutes for the GPS fix. Far too long. This needs to be fixed quickly by the developer team.

For me it’s sometimes connected in seconds, sometimes it took minutes. Not moving around and doing it outside instead of indoors can only accomplish so much. Would be great if this could be improved!

It’s more likely to be the app at fault not your watches. I have the original Watch Pro and the GPS was tracking my activity in Kazakhstan and not the UK. I also was convinced it was the watch, but eventually there was an app update which fixed it. I hope it will be the same for you all.

Also having the same problem. Before the update I got a lock within 10 seconds; now it takes so long I just start the workout and forget about it.

The GPS is not functioning or connecting at all on CMF watch pro 2. This renders the smart watch useless in running outdoors or walking. Is there a possibility of this getting better with software updates or not?

I’ also facing the same issue. it is saying “Please stay outdoors in and open space.” that is exactly I’m doing for half an hr but it is not detecting

I’m also facing the exact same issue. The gps keep loading forever and when i click on GO, it says ‘The GPS is still locating. It is recommended to wait for successful positioning before you begin.’ It just doesn’t connect, even after waiting for 5+ mins so i just end up clicking SKIP.
