TryFiXed Hey, I would like to know if their is a way to sync the Pedometer widget with the watch 2 and if that is currently impossible if that feature might be added in the future. Both of them give me wildly different data and it would be nice to sync them to get a more accurate result. I think the phone is more accurate but I could be wrong.
DhaferHermi I’m having the same issue, I can’t sync or record on the phone pedometer app, even tho I have steps recorded on the watch and the companion app
peotus Well, the watch ones should be the more accurate because you are always wearing it instead of the phone. But yeah, this could be really nice
MarkG13 They record movement in different ways as I understand it. Both versions of the watch pro and my previous Huawei watch only tend to start counting steps after something like 20 in a row. But phone pedometers seem to register shorter amount, which probably accounts for the difference. But that’s only my thoughts from my experience. So I don’t think it’s possible to sync them unless one of them is altered so both devices record in the same way .
