I’ll keep an eye out for what you plan to do next!

Rudi Thanks for the update, but it would be nice with some numbers.

Best regards from Sweden

Fabulous update! Really nice to see all those impressive numbers, but also to hear about the improvements and optimisations throughout the company, not just on an OS level.

Great segment from our CBO @Rob ⚡️ also, really nice to see that the community thoughts and issues were raised accordingly. Pleasing to hear the board were receptive and engaged to what was being raised 👏

Nothing really has grown a lot since its inception, looking forward to continuing this journey together.

Interesting update and see an unprecedented excitement for the brand Nothing. I am visualizing a complete set of products in the ecosystem over the next few quarter. Some education and awareness for the consumers/ potential customers around the “right hardware” would be helpful: Why 2 camera is the right thing, why you do not need the top end processor, etc. Nothing is seen as a competitor of apple and that’s a great honor. I am confident that the brand and the team will live up to the expectations. Before I close, disappointed that Amazon is not a sales partner in India, why Nothing has not partnered with the best…

Thanks for the update. I am missing information regarding the most important metrics though, actual sales. How many Phone (1) and Ear (1) have been sold?

I too would like sales metrics, such as number of units sold, number of users, etc.

Thanks for the update. As an investor, would prefer to have details of operational and financial KPIs. Not sure how it is there for private companies in UK, but in India even private companies have to upload financials on Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) every year. The same are available for public viewing. If anyone from UK can guide if something similar is there in UK. Those insights would be very helpful for existing investors to evaluate the progress of investment. As a fan, will always stay invested…as an investor, would prefer additional details.

Sounds nice. We want to see hard numbers. I’m sure you can find a way to share data with us while keeping important numbers internal.

I agree with all the other comments - Investors Updates should include metrics important to investors!

Thanks for the update! There is a lot of promises about new stuff, and I can’t wait to see it! Take your time, polish it, and bring it to the world!

As an investor residing in Kuwait , I was excluded from perks , invitations and the opportunity to buy phone 1 .
Contacting customer service persistently with a suggestion to forward a code I could utilize on your UK site to get my discount and perks and pay courier charges , resulted in a polite “ we don’t service your area yet ” which is not what I was requesting .
Long story short : I gave UP .

We’re working on bringing you a recap that gives you the right information regarding our success as a business. We didn’t forget about it. 😌

But we’re unable to share commercially sensitive data. I take this opportunity to remind you that we’ll only provide information as required by the terms of your Crowdcube investment. ❗️

I believe there might be a misunderstanding on what info corporate investors are entitled to vs Crowdcube ones. So although I’d love for you to get all the data you’ve been craving, the requests seem to point towards info that only the board is privy to. ⛔

I hope this is a clear message, and that you know your feedback has been taken seriously. 🙏

WAGMI.

Rudi We’re working on bringing you a recap that gives you the right information regarding our success as a business. We didn’t forget about it.

That should be good enough for us! Shall wait 🙂

This thread is titled “Investors’ Updates” but could well be called “Community update” as it’s referred to at the end. None of this info seems like it needs to be restricted to investors. Even the update by @Rob ⚡️ only talks about publically discussed issues.

The financial and strategic KPIs that @arpan2308 mentioned do not necessarily need to be backed by numbers. Some examples could be:

    • Launch x product in upcoming quarter (can use codenames). Sublime let’s say.
    • Analyse trends in sales of existing products (what’s selling well, what isn’t). Like if Phone (1) sold 100k units in India - if it can be reported to news, it can be reported to us.
    • Team updates: given you’re posting job ads anyway, talk about what were main areas of hiring and work in previous quarters (hope it’s not “web3”).

      fandango Thanks for your input.

Some of your requests seem a bit unreasonable considering we have over 8000 community investors who can accidentally disclose commercially sensitive data to the public. But I totally get your point. What you mentioned about team updates is very useful so your feedback has been duly noted and much appreciated.

It’s important to bear in mind that the update isn’t supposed to be a secret message to community investors, but a message aimed at them, who are considered our early supporters, and with their best interests at heart. I believe we should be bound by this and not misunderstand the role vs the one of a corporate investor, as I explained above.

Finally, the role of the Community Board Observer is to voice your concerns to the board and make sure they’re heard. The update is written proof that it was done and that those concerns were taken seriously. It is made to talk about “publically discussed issues”.

I hope all is clear and extend my gratitude for everyone’s feedback once more. 🙂

I had to buy a new phone before I could get my hands on a one phone.. so lost deposit and was gutted.
