But you guys made the coupon code expiry at this year end which means only 4 months. If I didn’t wanted to purchase any product already I have in that case what benefit i am getting.
the coupon expiry should be 2 years. this is not the way to reward the investors making forcefully buy the products.

I didn’t move it or connect to a wallet whatever, don’t even know how to do it… I just left it the way it was…
The question is, should I be able to verify it like that via the #dots-verify channel (of course if there wasn’t that bug that’s been going on since last year)?
If you never moved it, then it’s in the Nothing wallet, but since it’s bugged you can’t complete the verification. If they fix the bug, you’ll be able to do it.

I was an early investor to get the Phone (1). Nothing can see my account, ive purchased multiple products, i have the Black Dot NFTs. Ive also reported the wallet issue last year - still not resolved.
The result is that I cant validate my dots on Discord as per your instructions to get a ‘final reward’
Seems an odd way to treat your investors, customers, fans, boosters.

so speaking here as both a black dot and a red dot holder myself. It’s sad this has come to an end now - although I understand the reasons and the times have changed. There was potential and it was pretty clear given the recent lack of a push of dot events and promos the writing was on the wall as they say. I am glad we finally have some clarity and announcement of the closure of this programme now rather than wating in limbo more and being told to “trust the process” from time to time - perhaps could have be done sooner - who knows.
The final rewards for both red dots and black dots are a nice bonus as tbh Nothing could have just said we are closing this without any form of ‘compensation’ if they truly wanted to; so the fact they are offering something is amazing.
The original black dots are 2 years old now - and I am honestly amazed at the people coming out now (who say they had one as an investor or P1 pre-order) just because there is a final “reward” or incentive who are like “bro I have a black dot how do I claim it” - the site is broken blah blah - I understand the frustration but you have had 2 years to claim, participate in Discord and the dot channels, receive previous discounts and attend events etc. For the record - I am not an NFT guru by any means either - it is still odd to me - but I still managed to learn enough to get the dots, get a red dot, connect, etc, during the time when it was all fine.
It’s been a fun ride - and sadly since the announcement the price has plummeted on OpenSea lol - although I suppose if you keep them they are a digital souvenir of a certain time - who knows maybe in the future they may be worth more again depending on how Nothing grows as a company and a brand - never know right?
I shall miss the “exclusivity” it offered - especially with the red dots - but perhaps without that anymore - it makes the community actually more “inclusive” breaking down those silos so we can all communicate and collaborate no matter our situation.
Hopefully Nothing will bring something new to either reward people via maybe a normal points system like most brands do - i.e buy a Phone 2A Plus - get 500 dots. Attend an event get 100 dots, etc. Cash in x dots for a free earphone or something - time will tell and it will be an interesting new chapter to see how it shapes up and grows.

Hi! Is Nothing planning to introduce some workaround or a different process to confirm Dots holders? Since many of users facing the problems with their wallets (so am I). I clearly see Dot here https://dots.nothing.tech/collectibles and in OpenSea but I can’t generate Private key or do anything with it. Thanks!
I don’t even remember which wallet I associated my black dot with or even if I ended up claiming it or just leaving it on the page without associating it with a wallet.

The process involves moving the Black Dot to another wallet in order to complete it, Nothing wallet is not listed.

It won’t work that way, because Nothing wallet is not on the wallet list to link. The process involves moving the Black Dot to another wallet in order to complete it: https://nothing.community/d/1079-newbie-guide-to-accessing-your-nothing-dots
But you won’t be able to do this due to the current bug that prevents you from getting your private key.

I’ve just read Carl ’s announcement about the Dots.
I have a black dot because I invested in Nothing for 2nd round. Unfortunately, I can no longer access the Discord channel as I was banned from it following a disagreement.
So I can’t do anything and I’m wondering how I can claim for my voucher to use on nothing.tech.
I hope a head moderator will allow me access to Discord, otherwise I’ll lose my voucher.

I’m sure nothing have a list of investors and black dot holders, can’t they give vouchers to those email address ? Or create a form where we can prove our ownership of black dot and provide us a voucher.
Its so confusing to connect the Black dots. I reached support, discord, nothing store and nobody could exactly help me besides providing me with general answer to connect my wallet.
I don’t remember how to look for or access the dots ? Anything you can recommend?

If I have not moved my black dot to any wallet and cannot generate a private key then it should be understood as no more valid candidate as nothing investor…?
I had claimed the black dot NFT. Still it shows when I check at dots.nothing.tech. However none of the options provided in Discord are working - wallet connect happened for me but still not getting access to member-verify page.
As you can see from this thread, almost everyone is facing the issue. I am sure you had the sincere intention of rewarding investors/customers like me while providing us with the NFT and now for rewarding with some voucher when the program is ending.
What is the use of the reward, if nobody can claim it? Please make it simple for everyone. Just give a voucher to anyone who has a NFT at dots.nothing.tech.

Maybe you can use another Discord account? The channel is open. Although you will have problems to do the verification again if your Dot is in the Nothing wallet

What is the point of the verification process, if there is an issue with the system since last year and it wasn’t fixed? People cannot move or verify their NFTs, meaning they can’t receive their vouchers.
