I think that I had one the best customer service experience of my life with Nothing.
A week ago I noticed dust inside the back cover of my Phone (1), so I wrote to customer service, that in about 2 hours maximum, sent me a RMA to create a service request.
The day after (october 12th) I sent my Phone (1) with the pre-paid waybill (from Italy to Poland). Today (october 20th) I have Phone (1) in my hands and it is clean (inside the back cover) and fully functional.
Great experience and great customer service! No problems or complications.
