I don’t think my earbuds is defective. It’s just the hardware is bad for ANC? Adaptive is useless. High option is like ANC is off. Can an update from nothing improve the ANC? Audio quality is excellent and the equalizer option is like a professional equalizer but for that price and 40-50$ more you can buy another brand with better anc. Cmon nothing, do something please if is possible. 2 trainings already (running) and ANC doesn’t help at all with sounds like cars and their exhausts. Design and quality is ok for my ears but every time I open ANC I just can’t justify the money.

    To work properly, you need to make sure that your ear tips are perfectly adjusted in your ear, try different sizes if needed but the buds need to be properly seated in your ear for ANC to work, you’ll see the difference quickly once you have the perfect tips.

      RapidZapper Thank you for your reply. I just leave the default tips from factory and passed the test on settings. I will try it later and i hope to be better :/

        100% agree with you. This is after trying out all the different tips.

        My Liberty4 NC (which i wanted to replace with this) still substantially better that Nothing ear 2024..

        Very disappointed because, i love the sound signature and the design and fit, but simply cant get the anc to work properly…

        which tips are perfect? I’ve tried all 3 default ones. L suits me perfectly, the sound is great even if ear tips are adjusted slightly unperfect) but as for ANC…

        panagiotisskordilis Agreed, My previous earbuds, the Liberty Pro 3 had amazing ANC! I like several features of the NE 2024 but the ANC definitely needs some work!

          Anyone experiencing ANC issues lately? I have my Noice Cancellation set to High, the right earbud works perfectly fine, but for some reason the left earbud is still picking up noise like it’s on transparency mode. But when set to Adaptive mode it’s not as noticeable.

            Following steps might solve your issues

            1.unpair your buds

            2.put buds in case and press the button on case for 15-20 seconds

            3.switch off your device and then turn on

            4.pair the buds and then try

                Ujjawal_02 Did it, still the same, the left earbud still picking up noise while right one is isolating it. Quite uncomfortable actually

                  Try the factory reset, something like putting the earbuds back and hold the button for 10sec, wait for 3 red light flashes and pair again.

                    I wonder how Nothing Ear as true wireless earbuds in this price range with very decent quality of sound has such a cheap ANC, sometimes I can’t even tell if it’s on or off. The new Ear 2024 not better tho..
