CMF Watch Pro 2 with problems updating info on app mobile

Hey all,

I’m struggling rn with 2 things in CMFWatchPro2.

First, not be able to log data manually that maybe wasn’t recorded because lack of battery, not taking the watch with me etc.

Second, I had yesterday an issue with my tracking data being transfer to my mobile. After 15:00 the data was not recorded in the mobile app, but I could see the whole day my updated data track (still not being displayed). I would like to know if its possible to fix it or what can I do in these cases.

Btw software looks like a third-party API thingy, right? I see a lack of tailored design and also I experienced some bad ux that I highly doubt is from Nothing/CMF team. I don’t blame them, it’s very difficult to bring out new products at this rate and to update systems etc. More of an observation, and to take into account the quality that can be delivered, and improvements needed.

SergioR It’s not your watch at fault, it’s the app. I’m getting the same thing with the original Watch Pro. I’ve reported it more than once but nobody seems interested in solving it. I’d be happy with “ Hey, sorry, yes we know there’s a problem, give us a little time to solve it”. Then at least you know it is being looked into. But no, just no response.
