From 27 July 2024, Nothing Phone 2a is showing a green pixel/dot on in every camera accessed App.

Do solve this issue as soon as possible and I’m not getting how did that Pixel/Dot appeared.
When I open the above listed apps or any camera permission accessed app, its show that Green Pixel/Dot and when switch to other tabs of that above listed apps or any camera permission accessed app, it disappears.
