  • Nothing OS 2.0 comes to Phone (1)

Australia- still havent got it but question, if you flashed to Android 14 beta then rolled back (as per on Nothing Newsroom links), will we need a manual OTA or should updates come through automatically?

Just worried the rollback flash wasnt tested for the update notification .

    lilmeh_3LjZEMSb42 They should come automatically via OTA, you didn’t get it yet because it’s still in rollout stages and will be available in the next few days.

        Is it still rolling out I don’t mind waiting at all.

        But they said a few days,

        In my head that means 2 or 3 days ?.

        But it’s been more than that now,

        So I’m wondering if because I had my phone in the UK then moved to Portugal to live , and watch sim has a different IMEI Number?, Nothing to do with it I’m sure right ?.

          TheJSCstoner I don’t think that is the issue. I have bought my phone and have never moved since and I am also waiting for the update. I think it just takes them quite some time to run the staggered rollout of the new OS update. I guess longer than they anticipated as well.

            My Front camera performance was not good before and After updating Nothing OS 2.0. My Front camera Performance was very poor After click the snap the Pixel got broken. I’m not getting clear snap while using Front camera all the time.

            So kindly Rectify it with next update.

            Here from Spain also waiting for the update 😅 Since the last one my battery drained very very fast so I am a bit nervous about the new update that I hope will solve th battery problem 🤞🏻

            I feel like the battery of my phone (1) is draining a lot ever since I updated to NOS 2.0.2
            It gives me only 4 Hours of Screen On time or sometimes the phone dies before it even reaches the 4 Hour screen On time.
            I hope this issue will be fixed in the later updates.

            I noticed this bug after the update of the NOS 2.0.2
            Where when we check the UI Preview while uploading the wallpapers half of the upper elements (widgets) get cut off
            Please look into this.

                After the 2.0.2 hotfix update I’m facing an issue where i can’t get calls in 5G. However i can make calls and send messages but to get calls i had to change my network to 4G. Very disappointed.

                After receiving the os 2.0 update my phone drops down the notification/quick access settings panel when putting it on charge, I go back to the phone after leaving it on for a bit and it’s sitting there with a dimmed screen and the quick settings dropped down, it didn’t do this before the update.

                And I also can’t change the folder shape, the only options I have are the standard one and the option to use a emoji cover

                In this os only tap to lock is available.

                When double tap on lock screen phone doesn’t go to sleep, the feature is not available.
