Sorry, I got confused because a web application I was trying didn’t work with one type of anchor point, and I noticed that the (2)a is not on the list https://developers.google.com/ar/devices#google_play, but the (a) is. I guess this is not a comprehensive list provided by Google.
I tried a web application that at first wasn’t recognizing one type of anchor point but later worked well with a surface anchor point and I could use AR.
(2a) is a great device.
