New to the CMF adventure. After getting Buds Pro 2 online I wanted to support Nothing direct on my next orders.

My Watch Pro 2 has been in purgatory since 08/09, marked fulfilled quickly but the USPS has never seen it.

In chat support the ideas were; keep waiting or contact USPS… again.

Things happen, I get it. Anyone know how to get actual solutions? I’m hoping this isn’t common! Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Have you reached out to the Nothing support team? They should be able to help you locate the shipment or send a replacement.

I reached out. They didn’t offer either of your solutions, although both sound reasonable to me!

Update - Contacted support again. Story shifted from, item is with the carrier to it’s still in their warehouse. No offer to resolve beyond more waiting.

Unfortunately I had to start a formal dispute with my credit card company. Buyer beware I suppose.
