jonatannietoa yes, it should stay the same, eventually you can check it with dual connection on Nothing X from your phone and set settings live when connected to your Mac

I’m really interested in these custom QR codes but I don’t know how to use them. I’m scanning them but nothing happens.

Could someone please explain ?

Thanks

    Thankyou for your reply.

I can’t seem to find how it’s done through the app so have been using the QR reader through my phone camera.

Would be super cool if I could figure this out.

It won’t work through the camera app, you’ll need to scan it in the Nothing X app.

Head to Equaliser > Advanced > Tap the three dots in the top right corner > Import

This is so interesting, sharing personal EQ for Music you guys love. I wish I had Nothing Buds.

I used Poweramp EQ because it had parametric setting which I used but when I started using V4a. I made a DDC file same as my personal PWAMP Frequency settings on my PC from EqualiserAPO and use it.

I am planning to buy Ear (2) and I will finally try all these settings you guys shared!

Now I’ve figured out how to import, for me the Crinacle FR parameters have been the best setup for my hearing taste.

Listening to Bubbles by Yosi Horikawa. Incredible !

Here’s a preset with I think the most bass I could get, but still very clear highs. For me it sounds best on 100% “recommended” sound personalization.

I took the bait and bought the new nothing ear after already owning the nothing ear(2).

I love my headphones and iems… I’m one of those people…

Just been comparing the two on advanced EQ but with the default tuning (i.e. I’ve not tweaked either).

Have to say, I’m surprised at the noticeable sound quality upgrade on the nothing ear.

I’ve turned the bass boost off but the bass on the new ear is noticeable more details and dynamic than than the ear 2.

There are other refinements and improvements across the spectrum. But bass is where the biggest improvement is.

I’ve not tested other features yet. But I’m glad to have 2 nothing earbuds so when the battery dies mid phone call on the nothing ear (2) I can immediately switch to the Ear and continue the call. Best BT phonecall quality I’ve experienced bar none

I forgot to talk about the EQ.

Id say the Nothing Ear’s default tuning is close to the sound you get from Crinacle’s EQ profile on the Ear (2)

Sharing my advanced eq settings. Play around with the db but i suggest to keep the Q-factor & Frequency response unchanged.

Anc off\ noise isolation off- get maxx battery and performance with balanced sound and i am slighly treble sensitive so its set accordingly.
