SiranjitBora I’ve done that twice for two different problems. it didn’t change anything at all. their suggestion is as effective as the school nurse suggesting an icepack for cancer.
its like they just copy paste same suggestion over and over without investigation of the user’s issue.

Same here. I bought in 2 months ago but I doubt whether they’ll exchange. Best they might do is fix the unit. But a replacement is not impossible. Try calling the customer care and join Nothing Discord to get your voice heard better.

BaradDilipsinh I didnt go for replacement yet. I am procrastinating it because I am kinda busy nowadays. They will definitely provide you with the screen replacement or maybe other hardware changes if you talk to customer support beforehand but I am not sure if the screen replacement will change anything. just know that you wont have to spend a penny for the repair as its not our fault.

@Carl please give one update (software)regarding the display issues, even it is not solved through software, just try .The display visual experience is worst .Please do something about it. One software update can or cannot fix.Just try Brother

Dear nothing team,

See this video comparison on other brand amoled display phone and nothing phone 2a , one of the worst display ever and still not fixed by any software update nor the service centre is helping it to replace it. Seriously Nothing, you need to fix this issue. I don’t think it’s an hardware issue because when I slide down the navigation bar slightly the issue fades of, but that’s not the permanent solution and 90 % of the users are facing it either it maybe be the beta users or the stable. kindly take some strict responsibility for your valuable users.

i am using nothing 2a aswell and on 3.0 (Beta 2).
i played the same video of the fight scene, and for me its completely fine… i dont see and green tints or even grey colour.
i bought this phone in july mid and i m playing it directly over youtube in 4k HDR streaming on mobile network.

Hi Everyone!

I was recently working on a video in which I was able to demonstrate many unusual problems I faced in NP2a. I really think you should watch this out.

Here it is: Nothing 2a’s display got some problems.

(Note: some of y’all might say that the oled smearing I mentioned is common. Yes indeed, but extreme smearing can’t be justified. And the third problem I mentioned is a big no.

ArshSinghBhushan I had the same concern. but yeah, they won’t get paid anymore by the brands if they start exposing the flaws.

Guy’s I’m also facing the same problem first I thought it must be a video glitch but then I tried in my s21 fe and didn’t see any tints. At first I was seeing burn marks on my display when it was grey. It’s so annoying.

I recently purchased nothing 2a because it was looking so worthy and every youtuber was talking good and not a single one talked about screen issue and now I srsly feel so bad because my parents paid for this phone…..
