This has been discussed before, but I bring it up again because it has not been acknowledged yet.
I really want nothing phones to have the ability to work with multiple bluetooth sound devices at once. Here’s a feature wishlist:
- Simplest possible dual audio
- Individual volume control
- Multi audio (more than 2 devices)
- Advanced audio mixer, allows controlling what apps and sounds can be heard by each device.
- Mixer capabilities for split/dual apps, hopefully allowing you to have spotify running twice, for example when controlling a bluetooth speaker but actually wanting to listen to something yourself.
- Now that we’re at it already, why not do the same for connection audio inputs (mics on devices) to specific apps with a similar mixer.
- If you want to be even cooler, allow adding effects to audio through the mixer. Some reverb, EQ, (auto) mono to stereo, lfo, etc.
- To make this truly a Nothing Phone feature, think of a way to tie glyphs into this.
I might update this later with a concept for the UI.
