I created this macro today to autorun Microsoft Teams and Record the call to Essential Space whenever you have a business meeting scheduled and after much testing, I have found it works great plus I donât have to pay for Copilot Premium!
You will never miss a meeting by forgetting to start the meeting as I have numerous times and arrive late due to being hyper-focused on something else as a project manager.
You can now leave your phone unattended (if not usually asked to talk or share) and it will take notes for you and analyze the call using your AI time.
I have included hints on how to customize the XY click point for your Essential Recorder icon on homescreen (See Developer Options blurb in screenshot).
You may need to tweak for your device but keep the pauses I have in there as they ensure the UI has enough time to respond.

Be aware, this can start in your pocket or in the bathroom or other inconvenient or noisy place, but I believe every Teams meeting starts muted, so this may only record the speakers.
But if Essential Recorder records background noise through the microphone when not on a call, it might be problematic to some. Test it and see how it works for you
