The default icons (i.e. the colour ones) look extremely big in 4 icons per row setting without the labels. I suggest reducing the size to what they would be with the lables and leaving some negative space.
As you can see in the above screenshot the icons look clustered.
Compared to the nothing icon pack. (This looks better even though the icon size is the same because the main logo is smaller within these icons)
