How to disable silent mode for Starred Contacts on Flip to Glyph

I would like to know how to remove Demand on silence for starred contacts or important incoming calls during Flip on Glyph.

This would be awesome

Actually without this feature, phones not that cool.

But with this feature you’re just too off the grid.

Need something inbetween and this could be it.
