Hi! (Solved by warranty)
I bought my nothing ear (2) a few months ago but I’ve constantly been having to fight it on connectivity. I’ve tried against three separate android phones, 2 different iPhones, a Mac and a Bluetooth adapter, sometimes they connect fine but most of the time it’s a tug and play of having to start the pairing process all over again which is definitely not supposed to happen.
All firmware is up to date, but when trying to connect I constantly get “make sure your bluetooth device is still discoverable”. Is this a warranty issue? I know I can get them replaced since the ANC isn’t working anyways but I can live with that (too lazy to go to the store for that specific feature) but want to see if there’s something I can do myself when it comes to connectivity issues. Tried hard-reset, nothing. (Double connection is turned off, so is ear detection, low latency mode etc, just as bare-bones as you can get)
