I’m using airtel sim in my phone 2a show 5g network but net is working on 4g it is a software issue and my sim use in another handset 5g useing well condition

I have Phone 2a which I have bought before 2 weeks but my phone keeps on disconnecting from 5G but shows it is having 5G. I checked on netmonster and it showed 5G disconnected. I am using an Airtel Sim and am also in a 5G area. I have also resetted the network settings and still the same. Pls help me with this issue.
