Natalie ✨ It looks very much like a bluetooth loudspeaker with the grills. I would certainly like to see that after all the earbuds. Maybe the transparent one is for the Nothing line of products, which will be followed up by a modular bluetooth speaker of the CMF line? The CMF version could have the 2 units combine to stereo. I would have many ideas for speakers and audio, but that would be my main guess 🙂 Maybe some over ears after that? Well… Take your time.
Since the app ecosystem already exists and needs more products to interface with, bluetooth loudspeakers are the logical next step (in my opinion). That would make the app way more useful to manage devices and also switch between them or configure multiple speakers for Multiroom or stereo.
There is much potential, you could even build your own amplifier module for the diy speaker community. Wireless amplifiers and amplifier modules that can combine to stereo (or even multiroom) are severely lacking in the market and as the first and only choice it might be worth it, even if the target market is not as big. Imagine a home where every speaker, from the home theater to multiroom speakers, PC speakers and even headphones, can be controlled and managed in one app.
