Hey Nothing Community,
I’m reaching out to express a shared concern among many Nothing users here in South India, particularly in Tamil Nadu. Since the launch of Nothing’s first product, the Nothing Ear (1), in July 2021, and the subsequent release of the Nothing Phone (1) in July 2022, the brand has gained immense popularity across India. Many of us have embraced these innovative products, appreciating their unique design and functionality.
However, there’s been a growing sense of disappointment and frustration among users in Tamil Nadu and the broader South Indian region. Despite the strong demand and the increasing number of customers, it has been quite disheartening to see that there still isn’t a dedicated service centre in Tamil Nadu—or anywhere in South India, for that matter.
Since the launch of the first Nothing product, users have faced challenges in getting reliable after-sales support. Without a local service centre, we have been left with limited options: either relying on third-party service providers who may not have access to genuine parts or sending our devices to other states, which is not only inconvenient but also time-consuming and costly.
It feels like South India has been overlooked despite our loyalty and enthusiasm for the brand. A local service centre in Tamil Nadu would make a huge difference, providing us with timely repairs, access to genuine parts, and the quality support we expect from a brand we love.
Let’s come together as a community and make our voices heard. We need to show Nothing how much a service centre in Tamil Nadu would mean to us. If you share this sentiment, please like, comment, and share this post. The more of us that speak up, the more likely we are to see action taken.
Looking forward to your support!
Cheers,
Yogesh
