Usually for taking shots like this, you need to be in an area with very dark skies. Then, you go on expert mode, and set the Shutter speed to around 8s or so. For the ISO, I would recommend around 1000. Keep in mind that the phone must be standing in a tripod or surface, because it’s gonna be capturing a picture for those 8s, so the slightest move will make the image blurry.
Once you’ve taken the picture (always in RAW mode), you can check how it turned out and tweak the adjustments. More ISO will give you more exposure, but also more noise in the picture. More shutter speed will increase the exposure but it might make the stars look like lines due to Earth’s rotation.
