Why the nothing is removing one of it’s unique font design (dotted font). This font makes the phone stand out while using. Please do not remove this font style and design from the UI. Better add on other fonts but don’t remove this font. I became a part of nothing because of these small small unique features of the phone..

Thanks for all the feedback. We went a bit too hard on this and instead should have evolved our design language more gradually over time. We’re adding N-dot back as a lock screen clock option, and looking into adding it as an option in Settings.

I’m Japanese, but I like the Ndot font, so I use Nothing Phone in English.

By the way, it seems that a Japanese version of the Ndot font will be released in the next version, but I will continue to use English because the Japanese design is poor.

The Dot Matrix and Dotted theme was one of the main attractions of Nothing, and was one of the reasons I bought my Nothing 2a. Hence, it is my request, on the behalf of the rest of the community members who feel the same way as me, to bring back the old theme and font, atleast as an option instead of the new font and theme being the default and only one.

Nothing also can do it directly from the setting is no need in theme store.

If I’m looking at the right thing online, I prefer the new design. The early Ndot design is distinctive, so having options would be a good thing.

Hey don’t remove dotted fonts completely please give us a option to choose from dotted and new fonts I agree that the fonts that is coming with os3.0 is more reliable but many fans like me like the cool and unique look of nothing phones the dotted fonts are most iconic and unique please don’t remov it

Not a huge fan of the font because of its readability but I’d still like to see it in the UI just more unified way. Currently it feels like it’s just slapped in between existing Android UI which seems forced.

My suggestion would be to make it more intentional and also add the ability to replace it with other fonts please like Android sans.

The dot matrix made a huge difference for the user experience and im really sad that they might’ve removed it in NOS 13, tbh dot matrix looks much more minimal and cleaner than the regular fonts which have been added in the beta versions. Kindly please don’t remove it, or atleast give users the option to switch between the UI somehow

AmanTamang they’re following other brands footsteps. If I talked about OnePlus then observe the journey of this smartphone (upside-downside). And I think they’re following the same. Today, I get to know the features and I’m not satisfied with it. Lastly, there decision would be the last.

Nothing is different from others but now they’re killing itself.

the settings redesign looks very nice.Yea the dotted font, especially on the AOD is what makes it stand out.Just give us some more options for it and dont remove them.

Yeah I think it’s definitely a shame and it would be much better if they at least provided an option of what font you would like to use. Might already be a feature but we just haven’t seen it yet hopefully
