N-Dot is not being removed. Instead of it being everywhere, it is cleverly integrated throughout the ui. Like for the fingerprint animation and when charing animation etc. We cant use N-Dot for everything right? Its not very readable.
Nothing OS 3.0: Don't remove the dot font
Dear nothing team I’m requesting you please don’t minimise nothing font. It’s unique font I haven’t seen in any other brand.
This font is already outdated, it was nice to introduce something at the beginning and be different from everyone else, but you also need a typeface that is legible and clear for everyone.
Want Dot Font through next update
So I shifted to nothing os 3.0 and first thing I noticed is the font,
Font was one of the things that made nothing look different and unique from other smartphone but now they have decided to remove it… I mean its nice to increase the readability of text but you should’ve kept it here and there for taste…
I request you to provide a setting for people to choose between fonts plz
Just here to add my name to the many disappointed in the drop of the dot font. The individualism is the main reason I picked up a Nothing Phone. If I wanted a bland android I’d have got another Pixel.

what there is no Dot Font? then what’s the point in updating my device? I think I will wait for another 6-8 months before jumping the new android experience after they launch it. I mean, c’mon Dot font is the Identity of the brand.
Please don’t remove the dot font, it was one of your strongest style points.
Hearing this has made me hold off from upgrading from phone 1
zygerboy N Dot is BEAUTY man. Same here. Not updating for a long time until necessary.
Ali Fakhruddin you know what I’m thinking, instead of removing why not introduce “chose your font style” and let users choose what they want. How hard that’s goanna be? are we not living in the future? why are the smartphones stuck with just one font? I don’t just get it?
Please don’t change the iconic dotted fonts in any update I’ve updated my phone 2a but it’s looks like an ordinary android please give me back the originality of nothing
VhoraAdl its already updated to sans.
zygerboy Did you see my post about Noting? What we have done is kept the NDot fonts for dark mode and NType for Light Mode. This way users can switch between 2.6 and 3.0 styles.
Ali Fakhruddin I’m not sure which post could you name the title of the post so i can relate what you mean.
zygerboy This one
Ali Fakhruddin Oh yes! my bad Yes i remember it now. Yes that would do. but is this applicable to entire OS?
