If you want to submit bug reports you should do so using the OS Feedback Form so that the relevant team members can see your issue, as that’s the best way for bugs to get squashed.
Hopefuly other community members here can help you troubleshoot a solution, but it would help if you described your issue in more detail e.g. exactly what steps to take to replicate and which bit of the process is not working as expected/giving you an error.
