It’s working better than ever for me. Earlier it used to pick up video playbacks in the browser and YouTube. Now it only picks up music from ytmusic and Spotify. I think the earlier implementation was wrong. Click on the widget to see if permissions got removed or something. Its working perfect for me.

I resolved the issue, uninstalled the CamScanner App, and re-installed the same. It is working now.

I am in UAE and still did not receive the update,When will I get?
I am noticing some bugs after the new update received in the first week of September which I didn’t have till the update.(The phone was lot more smoother and almost no bugs)
The atmospheric effect wallpaper in the home screen is shown in the lockscreen and not the lockscreen wallpaper.
The phone is a bit lagging after the update which was not before the update.
Can you guys help me with it?
And does anyone have observed these kinds of bugs after the update?

I searched for update on 3 operators and 2 different land internet connections (wifi) and I get nothing. Is any method to force the update? I get it, update is in batches but is already 3rd day.

mohammedtaufeeq_uPwHpDmNPm there are many third party gallery apps available on f-droid and the play store. I recommend fossify gallery.
TedJ Does it have Erase ᶠᵉᵃᵗᵘʳᵉˢ?? Does it have Bokeh ᶠᵉᵃᵗᵘʳᵉˢ?? Does it have recognize text on images ᶠᵉᵃᵗᵘʳᵉ? 
I’d like to ask if users that got the v2.6 update (including July security patch) before, will get this new update too. There are features being shown like limiting the charging percentage, which my Nothing Phone 2a running on v2.6 doesn’t have. Thanks in advance.
Nothing001 No, but we were discussing lightweight alternatives to Google Photos.
Nothing001 I guess most gallery apps don’t have those features, specially at the level Google Photos has evolved. If you want text recognised in photos you can use Google Lens which actually does a good job at it.
