Can't hear the other person in the meeting when there is overlap.

I recently purchased Nothing Ear(2024). I started to use this in my company’s team meetings and came across a major issue: When I am speaking and someone else is speaking simultaneously, I can’t hear the other person at all(as if the other person has been muted). If I stop talking, there is a second lag(can’t hear anything for a second) and then I can hear the other person. It seems like the earphone stops emitting any sound when the mic is engaged. This issue is so weird and bothersome, I had to stop using Nothing Ear for meetings and switch to good old headphones. Anyone else noticed such issue?

What service/app are you using for these work calls?

Can you see whether it’s changing the primary mic/speaker source from Nothing Ear to something else during the times where you can’t hear someone else?

Is the same behaviour across all calls i.e. phone calls, zoom calls, whatsapp calls, teams calls?

Does a reset of your Nothing Ear’s fix the issue (resetting via the Nothing app)
