On 11/09/24, the screen of my CMF Phone (1) suddenly stopped working. While the phone vibrates when the power button is held, the screen remains completely black, making it unusable.

I’ve tried:

  • Restarting the phone multiple times—issue persists.

  • Inspecting the screen for physical damage or cracks—except a few small cracks on the screen protector, none were found.

  • Checking for signs of water damage—none detected.

  • Phone vibrates and responds to the power button, indicating the device is still functioning internally.


    How do I fix this? And if there’s no way to fix it, will warranty cover this?

        DomLew same issue with my CMF Phone 1 and I bought it yesterday (24 Jan 2025)

          They just told me to send it back and issue a refund/replacement
