Can I use Nothing fonts for my project?

I recently bought a Phone 1 and as a NOTHING Design fan i quickly did a ToDo App with a Widget for the Homescreen. I used the Nothing font from fontstruct.com.

Does anyone know if it is allowed to use the font if want to publish the app? It seems that the Font Ndot 57 isnt available but is it ok to use copycat fonts? like the one mentioned above or DotMatrix Font from DaFont.com

I really dont want to get into legal trouble 😅

I’m not best place to talk about usage rights but, for a community project I’d assume Nothing are keen to have their users, design, prototype and bring new ideas to the table.
