Phone (1) - Majority of incoming calls showing as SPAM

I have recently changed from a Samsung S9 to a NP1. Whilst I am enjoying the phone so far, I have noticed recently that majority of incoming calls are showing as Spam Callers even though the number is saved as a contact.

Has anybody else experienced this?
