Anyone else wanting a propper “PRO” mode for video and photo? I’m switching from an Lg V30+ from 2017, and compared it is lacking hard. Here are some features i miss with snapshot from my old Lg v30+.

  • Log recording
  • Luts On/off button
  • Hi-Fi audio Sterio recording uo to 24-bit/48kHz audio recording with controls for levels and such
  • ISO/Shutter/WB/EV wheel with haptic feedback for selection
  • Manual Focus wheel with haptics visualization of focus area
  • High bitrate recording 52 Mbps
  • Optical Image Stabilization
  • Point zoom feature (able to scroll zoom with variable speed in any place in the frame, not center zoom only)
  • Color Histogram on PRO Photo Mode
  • QuadDac 32-bit/192kHz audio (Supports Max 32bit / 384KHz audio files through wired headphones) (*But i know this one is not gonna happen from now on in phones :S)

I would love if they could integrate a Propper PRO mode with some icons and features with the NOthing Design icons.

    When i try to take portrait pictures, the blurness spreading through some part of the picture, somtimes in the object too

    I felt poor dynamic range in all the indoor photo and evening photos.Editing required on all the photos through google one app all the time

    The white balance on the camera is completely out with anything other than a white background. I don’t know whether to return my phone after a week as faulty or if this is an issue with all Phone 2s.

    The photo with the white background is correct. The label is supposed to be green.

    Is anyone else experiencing this please? If not and the issue is not inherent I will have to return the phone.

      No, just taken on Photo 1 setting. I am not sure if to return the phone and try another. However, if it is the same for others there is no point.

      Can we create some poll in order to know how the cameras is for other users and nothing can take it priority and work on it. Because still the camera feels low for the price range.

      Hi, newbie as a nothing phone (2) user.

      It’s been a month since I purchased a phone (2). I previously owned iPhone 12 mini and decided to move to nothing with amazing large display, glyph interface and great SoT.

      But..during the usage, i’m highly frustrated and disappointed of results of photos. I show you some photos to explain straightforward.

      If you zoom the photo, HDR failed to make the photo optimise by blurring the marching soldiers’ face. It didn’t need to blurred the face like that.

      And the second photo is much worse.

      This photo is taken with Night mode. But as you zoom or zoom out the photo, the background hasn’t been focusing the whole buildings behind. What surprised me is that I took the same place over and over, the results were the same. Camera doesn’t even tried to focus, and I tapped the screen to make it focus by manually, it wasn’t working either.

      It was a bad experience taking the photos. I started to get worried when I travel with nothing phone (2). I know the phone is good but, whenever I want to take the photo, it makes me nervous that the results will came out bad.

      I understand Nothing developers are doing great job engineering, but I hope the camera quality become much better.

        Please add automatic flash light mode on camera

        When i will click photos in night or dull light that time flash light should work

        Slightly increase camera performance and lightning
